Use Aurasma Studio to create Auras. When your Auras are ready to be pushed into your app for end users to view, you’ll need to associate the Aura with the SDK app by editing the App Rules in Aurasma studio.
Edit App Rules in Aurasma Studio
You can control the campaigns accessible in your skinned app directly within Aurasma studio.
You have the flexibility to add, update, edit, or remove Auras and campaigns at any point before, during, or after the app submission process.
1. Select the your app under the Apps tab in Aurasma studio. Click "Edit Rules" to configure the content that will be viewable by your end users in the app.
2. Click "Add" to add campaigns to your skinned app.
3. Select the campaign you wish to make available in your skinned app.
To add multiple campaigns, return to step 2 and add a new rule for every campaign you'd like to include.
You also have the option to restrict Aura availability by date. Leave this blank if you do not want to apply any restrictions.
TIP: You can also associate a campaign that lives in a different studio account to your application as long as that campaign is set to “Public”. Simply choose ‘Public Campaigns’ after Step 5 and type in the campaign name. Select the campaign and click “Ok.” Then click “Save.”
4. Save and close
Remember to select "Save" to save your changes.
If you have taken all of these steps and your content is not being activated within your Aurasma-powered app, please double check that your “Project Name” In Xcode/Android app manifest matches the “Product Name” (“app name”) in Aurasma Studio. If they do not, please edit your “Project Name” to match.
End User Experience
Your end users do not have to follow any channels to view your Auras. They will immediately be able to experience your Auras after downloading your SDK-powered app and pointing the viewfinder at the trigger.
