Updating Whitelabel apps and troubleshooting

Update Eligibility 

Aurasma is always adding new features and releases. When we update Aurasma app features, the same features are usually updated in the skinned apps as well.

We support Whitelabel apps for up to 6 months. Customers with Whitelabel apps can request new updated apps as we release new features and platform updates. 

Contact your account executive for details and questions about skinned app lifecycles. If you do not have an account executive, send an email to sales@aurasma.zendesk.com.
