Just to let you know, we are currently in the process of reshaping the future of HP's augmented reality products as part of the company's constant commitment to innovation. As a result, we are reworking our paid product offerings and will therefore not be servicing any inbound sales requests for the immediate future – this includes all licensed products such as Universals, White-label apps, and the SDK.
In the meantime, if you have not done so already, please sign sign up here for an Aurasma Studio account. Although we are reworking our paid products, you can continue to create and share AR experiences through the Aurasma Studio for free. If you want to share experiences with others, please see this article which outlines the best ways to do this using the existing product – I think this is going to be your best option given the current circumstances.
We will communicate future updates on the status of our products through the Aurasma Studio itself, and we will have more to share with our registered users in the near future.
As we undergo changes and roll out new features, your feedback on usability, and any features you would like to see added to the Aurasma Studio would be much appreciated – just click the ‘leave feedback’ button which is available in your ‘My Account’ section. If you also find that your Studio Account is lacking some of the functionality you have read about through articles contained in our Help Center (see below), please email us here at Support and we will see what we can do.
For future reference, our Help Center includes FAQ's, support articles, known issues, product releases/updates, downloads and an entire Community Network that can help provide answers to your questions. We are still trying to add content to help educate users, so please let us know if this resource is still lacking the detail or topics you are looking to understand, and we will get it updated!
